1.1Jaw crusher

1.2Hammer crusher
The working mode of hammer crusher is impact type. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed, the material evenly enters the crusher chamber, the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer, the shear tearing material breaks the material, and the gravity action of the material itself makes the material rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle and screen rod in the frame, and the material larger than the size of the sieve cylinder remains on the sieve plate and continues to be hammered and crushed. After crushing to the required discharge particle size, finally through the sieve plate out of the machine.
2.Different broken materials
Jaw crusher can break a variety of soft and hard materials, compressive strength between 300-350Mpa, such as: granite, quartz stone, diabase, river pebbles, iron ore .etc
Hammer crusher is mainly used to break the hardness is not high ore, compressive strength is generally less than 200Mpa, such as: limestone, bluestone, coal gangue .etc
3. Different discharge adjustment methods

4. Different production line configuration
